Information regarding the treatment of personal information.
Personal information received from the user is stored on electronic databases of which Edizioni B srl is the proprietor and who is also responsible for the handling of all such data.
By data it is understood the data which is submitted at the time of subscribing to the service and the successive  modifications and/or integration from the part of the user.
The treatment of the data limits itself solely to:

- providing the service offered;

- providing services that Edizioni B reputes of the interest of the user;

-verifying the quality of the offered services;

- tracing authors of eventual illicit contents and only in the case of specific request and on behalf of competent authorities.

The contents are subdivided into two categories: Obligatory and facultative as shown in modules and forms.
Obligatory data is strictly necessary for the provision of the service and security.
Facultative data is used to improve the quality of the service and communication from provider to user.
In conformation to article 13 of the code subject to the protection of personal data (D.Lgs 196/03), the user, via internet using his/her own codes of access (username and password), always has  the right to access his/her own personal information in the same form as Edizioni B stores it;
it is demanded that of the user's awareness to be responsible of the integration, modification and the cancellation of data in any moment and without intermediation. 
Through the same interface the user may manage the receipt, the timeliness and the content of the information that Edizioni B srl provides.
The consent of the treatment of personal information is provided at the time the user subscribes to the service. Withholding the consent will disable the user to access the services Edizioni B provides, also if the user may, in any moment, decide which data to leave to the availability of Edizioni B or which information to receive. The user however waivers his/her rights to the service by making data deemed indispensable unavailable (obligatory fields).

Consent and information regarding the handling of data:
Personal data may be handed down to third parties providing that consent is granted by the user. The use of the data will be limited to Edizioni B for communications relative to the present contract and for the dispatching of daily notices regarding information and promotion of news and opportunities on the internet or promotional offers in the telecommunications sector. The receipt or not and the content of the notices will be manageable and may be personalised by the user through the internet. 
Publicity, inserted free of charge in the services in object are managed in the same manner of personalisation of the communication.

Responsible of the treatment of personal data is Edizioni B srl.
Aware of norms cited in art. 13 of the code of the handling and protection of personal data (D.Lgs 196/03), consent to the handling of the data aforementioned.

Contract
1) Subjects: This contract is stipulated between Edizioni B srl and the user.

2) Object: The object of the contract is the adhesion to the community of Edizioni B.

The objective of the Edizioni B community is the valorisation of internet as a means of development of the collective personality of the community and those who take part. The adhesion to the community gives right to various free internet services which may be at any moment activated or deactivated at any time by the end user.
Some of these will be submitted to thirds  who as they appear will be indicated specifically. Each user will have web space allotted to him/her entitled "Blog and Comments" which may be accessed using a username and relative passwords provided by Edizioni B which allows the user to visualise, at any moment: the activated services as well as services that have yet to be activated, new services offered and the user's own personal information. 
The community lives on account of the publicity generated through the free services. The adhesion to the community entails the acceptance of the publicity as means to guarantee the survival of the community. 
The offered services  by the community will be rendered within the limits of the present conditions stipulated in the contract.

3) Access codes
For the activation of the service, Edizioni B provides a username and a password to the user. The user is aware that a third party's knowledge of his/her username and password would consent to the access of his/her account and to the other services offered by Edizioni B as if accessed by the user in person. It is therefore the user's responsibility to assure the reserved nature of username and password. The user is responsible for any use, including by thirds or illegitimate, regarding access to the services due to violation of this pact. The user, moreover, will undertake the responsibility of safe-guarding his/her username and password. In the case of misplacement or theft, the user must communicate expressly to Edizioni B who will take action to insure that the account is blocked and that a new username and password is issued. In the case of no action being taken to communicate the loss or theft of these codes, the user assumes all responsibility towards Edizioni B and third parties for the improper use of his/her access codes.

4) The service consents, amongst other things, to the insertion of a photograph in the aims to complete the user's profile. Given the peculiar nature of the service, it is also possible to set text messages which are made accessible to each one of the community's members. The user assumes complete responsibility for the information that he/she chooses to share. In particular it is forbidden to:

- Insert messages or images of a pornographic nature.

-Insert personal information (other than that information expressly required) such as telephone numbers and/or mobile telephone numbers

- Insert information inherent to another person in any form.

-Insert phrases of an offensive or damaging nature towards the dignity of others or Edizioni B.

- Insert advertising messages or messages with a commercial aim.

- Effectuate spamming.

In the case of: any type of infringement regarding the aforementioned obligations, reporting from third parties of the anomalous use of the service or from express request from the postal police, Edizioni B reserves the right to immediately delete, without warning and by its own discretion, the profile object to the violation.
The user is aware the Edizioni B is able to trace the telephonic location from where the computer from which the violation was effectuated and to collaborate with the judicial authorities to trace the authors object to the reporting.

The service is provided with the following limits:
1) Edizioni B reserves the right to choose the most suited and opportune form to display advertisements in the space conceded (i.e: pop-ups or fixed windows).
2) The user commits on the ground that he/she will not use the space allotted for:

- Violating the rights of the author.

- Displaying pornographic material without the adequate protection or publishing pedophiliac material.

- Providing information that instructs illegal activities, physical damage or information that instigates the damage to any sole person or group.

-Publishing pages which offend or damage anyone (Racism or fanaticism).

-Publishing pages which contain malicious scripts, viruses, pirated software, cracks or any other applications designed to damage the integrity of the resources of others.

-Publishing pages that use an excessive amount of bandwidth from the part of the users who connect. In the case of a user exceeding the limits of normal bandwidth consumption, Edizioni B reserves the right to obscure the space allotted and to hold a copy of the material in its servers for the period of seven days. After this period the copy of the material will be cancelled definitively from the servers.

- Uploading, sending, publishing or diffusing advertising material, spam, chain letters or any other form of non authorised and/or non requested solicitation.

- Using pages or directories with links to other pages deposited on other servers.

- Developing pages of only links to sites which go against the policy of the portal such as pedophiliac sites or sites containing cracks.

-Memorising executable files (.exe, .com, .bat, etc,etc) on the user's own page.

- Using the "Blog and Comments" page for commercial scopes.

3) Edizioni B reserves the right to remove at its discretion and without any warning the registration of any users and the material associated to the users who violate the aforementioned conditions.
4) Edizioni B does not make back-ups of the images uploaded by the user. Therefore it is the user's responsibility to act autonomously in this sector.

5) User rights and duties: The user commits to not utilising the services to commit illicit actions, for example, disturbing public and private peace, violating the secrecy  obtained in correspondence with third parties, harassment, offending or causing damage to other people. The user commits, in addition, to not exploit the web  space allotted free of charge for commercial activities or for commercial scope. The user is requested not to use banners or any other form of publicity which has not been approved for use by Edizioni B, apart from that already stipulated in the contract. Moreover, the user commits to not use the faculties which derive from this contract for commercial aims.
The user is aware that he/she may be identified in the case that he/she violates these conditions and assumes all responsibility of his/her actions.
The material inserted on the internet must:

- be original and conform to the norms stipulated by national and international law;

- protect and respect the rights of the owner, trademarks, patents and in general: intellectual ownership.

The user therefore promises not to use the services provided and in particular the hard disk space allotted to harbour or store material that does not pertain or is not in any way linked to his/her user page, in particular, but not only, for material that may be subject to copyrights or protected by intellectual ownership rights owned by third parties. The user assumes every responsibility, including monetary, for any damage that his/her improper actions may directly or indirectly incur.

6) Protection of ownership rights, trademarks, patents and in general: intellectual ownership. The user recognises that the services offered are conceded only in a user license and only for the duration of the present contract. All rights and intellectual ownership relative to the services offered will remain property of Edizioni B or of the eventual third parties.

7) Rights and duties of Edizioni B: Edizioni B and eventual third party suppliers offer these services free of charge and therefore are unable to provide a guarantee of orderly working in any way. Edizioni B however commits to using the best technology that it knows and the best resources it may afford itself in order to supply the aforementioned services. Edizioni B and third party suppliers cannot be held responsible for damages incurred whether direct or indirect, consequential and/or anomalies that may happen during the provision of the services and which are deemed beyond the power of its technical control, such as malfunctioning telephonic networks which allow the user to connect to the Edizioni B networks which may also be seen as malfunctions of means deemed indispensable to the correct access to the services offered or improper use of the access modalities to the services offered from the part of the user. In particular, Edizioni B and its third parties cannot be held responsible for the lack of knowledge of the contents of files that may eventually be lost.
Edizioni B may at its discretion modify or revise the functionality or the characteristics of the services for technical reasons, providing that the modifications or revisions guarantee an adequate functionality of the services offered.

8) The duration of the contract is undetermined. Both parts may at any time recede at any time by simply sending a message via electronic mail to the respective party.  The user accepts that the free nature of the service excludes any form of remunerative settlement in the case that the contract be annulled.

To the senses of art 1341 and1342, c.c., accepts the limitations of the responsibility contained in the pacts 2; 3; 4; 5; 7; 8.
