| X men 3 The Final Conflict |
Wolverine, Tempest and some other Mutants go to Alcatraz where the government is holding the kid with the de-mutant genes. There's a big fight between Magneto's army and the normal army. Then Magneto loses his powers because he's hit by a de-mutant gene dart. Then Black Phoenix gets really pissed off and shows just how strong she is. She makes everybody escape. The Wolverine manages to get close to her and tells her that he loves her and stabs her with his claws. Peace amongst the humans is safe for now.

Rogue has the power of obtaining mutant characteristics by contact. Magneto wants to use her powers to transform the citizens and heads of state who have met up to talk about the mutants into mutants. The X men manage to free Rogue from Magneto's machine and save the world. Rogue however is very weak and is about to die. Logan at that point touches her and gives her his powers of healing. Professor Xavier recovers from the trap that was laid out by Magneto.

You find out that Stryker isn't anything other than someone who implanted Wolverine with the metal. His real aim is to destroy all the mutants. As they're getting away, Jean Grey uses her powers to stop the water from the broken dam. The water washes her away and everyone thinks she's dead. Xavier however knows that she's not dead. The phoenix at the end is a reincarnation of Jean Grey.
