The killer of all the personalities is the kid who also kills the blond thereby remaining the killer's only personality. The kid also kills the cops that take him away and escapes.

In the end the bank robber had already foreseen everything. It was all a way to uncover an American that had got rich from the Nazis. Denzel does however end up with a fat diamond ring for his fiancè as "Thank you for not busting me" money.

Ellie Burr (Hillary Swank) finds out that Will Dormer (Al Pacino) lied about a colleague's of hers death by tampering with evidence at the crime scene.
In the last bit of the film, Ellie Burr gets attacked by Walter Finch (Robin Williams) and the girl's assassin. Dormer comes to the rescue, kills Finch with a rifle blast but in the chaos gets fatally wounded by Finch.
Burr runs to help Dormer, who by that time is well on his way to dying, and explains to him that she has all the evidence to prove his guilt. She shows him the last piece of crushing evidence: The bullet! But moved by her dying colleague, she decides she wants to throw away the evidence. The brave Dormer chooses something silly about not going astray as his last words.
Dormer dies and Burr keeps the bullet.

The island doesn't really exist. It's all a big organ bank for rich people who have clones of themselves made to be used as spare parts. The guy finds this out and when his love is needed for a "Spare part" he escapes and looks for his clone. He finds him and kills him. Then he goes back to the factory and frees everyone. The two obviously fall in love.
